A Biblical Approach

What if fundraising wasn't a necessary burden but a ministry opportunity? What if your supporters weren't just donors but full partners in God's mission?

This 14-week course transforms how you approach ministry funding—shifting from transactional appeals to transformational partnerships grounded in biblical stewardship and relational community.

You'll learn to identify and develop "champions"—partners who don't just give but advocate, engage, and carry your mission forward with you. Through the proven P-E-O framework (Participation → Engagement → Ownership), you'll create pathways that invite people into deeper Kingdom participation at their own pace.


This isn't theory—it's practice. You'll build a Partner List, map relationships through the Four Spheres (Biological, Geographical, Vocational, Voluntary), design sustainable community rhythms, and create a complete Ministry Sustainment Plan you'll present to your leadership team.


By the end of this course, you'll:

  • Understand partnerships as God's design for Kingdom work, not a pragmatic fundraising strategy
  • Identify your true partners and focus your energy where it creates the most impact
  • Implement the P-E-O framework to help partners journey from participation to ownership
  • Design quarterly gatherings and monthly touchpoints that build authentic community
  • Create a 90-day implementation plan with accountability and metrics

This course is for ministry leaders who are ready to move from exhausting fundraising cycles to sustainable, joy-filled partnership ministry.
