Many ministries have champions with compelling stories who just haven't been invited to tell them. Micro-events help those champions find their voice and draw their sphere of influence into a cause they love, yet too many ministries drive the process instead of equipping the champion, limiting the very growth they're after. In this one-hour panel, two Mi Area Directors share real micro-events: the hosts, the experiences they designed, and the champions who grew through it.
